PAYMENT POLICY
We offer a variety of payment options; including CASH, CHECK, DISCOVER, VISA, MASTER CARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. If further payment options are needed our Business Assistant will be happy to help make arrangements for financing through CareCredit. Though we are a fee-for-service practice, our goal is to make the payment process as accommodating and hassle-free as possible.
DENTAL INSURANCE
If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will file your insurance forms for you with an assignment of benefits to our office. You will be responsible for your co-payment when treatment begins. We will contact your insurance company and do our best to obtain the most accurate estimate. We accept most major insurance companies, including but not limited to: Delta Dental of MO, MetLife, Aetna and Cigna.
CareCredit is the credit card exclusively for healthcare services. With no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties, CareCredit lets you pay over time and frees up cash and credit cards for the other things you want or need. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance, including dental treatments. Plus, you can use your card again and again to pay for additional treatment for yourself or family members in any CareCredit practice.
